Postpartum doula
postpartum care:
-postpartum assistance with newborn care + feeding
-postpartum physical and emotional support
-support during one postpartum visit with your provider
-organizing your nursery
-light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, meal prep, toy pickup)
-grocery shopping
-referrals for postpartum resources (lactation consultants, chiropractic care, pelvic floor therapy, massage therapists, etc.)
pricing:
> daytime care (8am-6pm): $30/hr
> overnight care (6pm-8am): $35/hr
